Musa, Uche shine in Europe

CSKA Moscow have moved closer to be crowned Russia league champions after Ahmed Musa got one of the goals in a 4-1 mauling of Lokomotiv Moscow.
CSKA consolidated their leadership of the table with 63 points from 28 matches, while their Moscow rivals Lokomotiv are 10th with 40 points.
“I am extremely happy with this win because it has got us closer to the title. A win in our next game against Rostov at home will give us the title. It was a tough game but we were determined to win and we did,” Musa told MTNFootball.com
Musa scored CSKA Moscow’s opening goal with a solo effort after getting the pass inside opponent’s half, outpaced a defender before he slotted home in the 25th minute.
He was substituted by Efremov in the 90+2 minute.
Musa has now scored 11 goals in the league and three in the cup.
His compatriot Obinna Nsofor started for Locomotive Moscow but was replaced in the 66th minute by Samedov.
In Spain, Nigeria international Ike Uche continued his impressive run with Spanish Segunda Division club Villarreal when he scored his 11th goal of the season in a 3-1 win over hosts Alcoron on Sunday.

August 19, 2013 We heard fire victims cry for help –Residents   Ekene   Neighbours of a family that perished in an inferno in a building located in Shagari Estate, Lagos State, said they heard the victims’ cries for help. PUNCH Metro had reported last week Thursday that a family of five lost their lives after  fire engulfed their three-bedroom apartment in the early hours of Wednesday.
